This little furoshiki from the Musubi brand represents a blue bear on a yellow background . Made in Japan, it comes from the collection of the designer duo Kata Kata known for their animal motifs.
Furoshiki is a traditional Japanese technique for wrapping gifts and everyday objects using a square of fabric and a knotting and folding system. In this size, it can be used as a napkin, a small tablecloth, as a book wrapper or your lunch basket!
Bag handles, in leather or wood are available, to accessorize your furoshiki . They will allow you to transform your furoshiki into a bag that will open and close easily.
Discover the tutorial for folding a bag on our blog furoshiki simple . You can also find other folds such as the bundle, the basket, the gift wrappers, the bottle bag, the package bento and many others in our book “L’Atelier Furoshiki” .
