🎌 JAPANESE PAPER

The Japanese term washi (from wa , Japanese and shi , paper) refers to all traditional papers made from long pieces of bark mainly from the kozo (or mulberry).

Thanks to its long intertwined fibers, this paper is both very flexible and resistant. Due to its multiple qualities, it is a paper that lends itself to all kinds of creative hobbies: origami, bookbinding, cardboard, creating cards, renovating furniture and many other things.

Our Japanese paper is made in Japan in traditional factories in Kyoto prefecture.

Japanese paper is a paper that lends itself to all kinds of creative hobbies. It is therefore possible to use it for: origami, kirigami, bookbinding, cardboard, card making, furniture renovation, the creation of decorative objects (such as lighting for example)...

This means that the color range of the Japanese paper in question was imagined by Adeline. These are therefore papers exclusively available in our Parisian store and our e-shop.

Yes ! It is entirely possible to paper a wall with Japanese paper. To do this, you will need to use a special glue, Ovalit M for textile wall covering.

It is entirely possible to varnish Japanese paper, although it is not necessary. We offer a transparent matte varnish from the Rico Design brand which preserves the matte appearance of Japanese paper.

Our half and large sheets are delivered rolled and protected by tissue paper and corrugated cardboard and are under no circumstances delivered folded and/or cut.

🛍 THE SHOP


The store is located at 54 boulevard Richard-Lenoir in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. It is open continuously from Monday to Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

For any purchase made at the store, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to make your exchange.


Purchases made at the store can benefit from an exchange or the creation of a credit but not from a refund .

In the case of creating a credit, the credit may take the form of a simple ticket, usable only in store within a maximum period of one month or a gift card usable in store and on the e -shop (thanks to the code sent to you by e-mail) within a maximum of one month as well.

We do not exchange products purchased online in store. However, you can make a return and drop it off in store. Your item will then be refunded to you within 14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the return date.

However, it is possible to purchase the desired item(s) in store, while stocks last.

Yes ! It is possible to collect your order in store. After validating your basket, you will need to select the “Collect” delivery method . An e-mail will be sent to you to notify you of its availability (generally within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays).

📦 ORDERS


The payment methods available on our online store are as follows:

- payment by card (VISA, MASTERCARD, CARTE BLEU)
- payment by check
- payment by bank transfer

For payment by card, once you have clicked on “Check order”, you will be redirected to Visa / Mastercard / CB to finalize your purchase securely.

Information relating to payment by check is indicated under the tab that appears when you check this payment method.

Information relating to payment by bank transfer is indicated once your order has been verified and your payment has been validated. It is displayed under the phrase “Your order is now confirmed”.

An invoice will be sent to you automatically by email once your order has been shipped .

When placing your order:

- On the INFORMATION page, validate your account details, delivery method and billing address then click on “Continue to shipping”

- On the DELIVERY page, validate the shipping method and click on “Continue to payment method”

- Then on the PAYMENT page, validate the payment method and then check the “Use a different billing address” option and enter your information.

Yes ! It is possible to add a short note to an order. In this case, tell us the little note in question in the “Special ordering instructions” box before validating your basket and paying.


Yes ! It is possible to wrap certain items from your order for gifts. In this case, tell us in the “Special ordering instructions” box before validating your basket and paying.


If you have chosen to have your order delivered via Mondial Relay to a relay point,
you can follow the progress of your delivery by going to the website https://www.mondialrelay.fr/suivi-de-colis/ . Simply enter the tracking number provided by Adeline Klam when shipping your order.

If you have opted for delivery via Colissimo followed by La Poste, you can also track your delivery by connecting to the site https://www.laposte.fr/outil/suivre-vos-entreprises . You will need to provide the tracking number sent by Adeline Klam when your order is shipped.

✂️ DIY WORKSHOPS

Our workshops are offered for adults as well as children from approximately 7 years old, depending on the type of workshop. Information relating to each workshop is indicated in the product sheet for the workshop in question (schedule, price, etc.). The workshop program is available online in the WORKSHOPS section.

Our workshops take place in our store, located at 54 boulevard Richard-Lenoir in the 11th arrondissement of Paris.

You can reserve one or more places for the workshop of your choice in store or on the e-shop, subject to availability.


Yes ! It is possible to cancel your reservation at one of our DIY workshops. To do so, contact us at
: contact@adelineklam.com However, given the difficulty of reselling canceled places, cancellation fees will be applied as follows:

- Cancellation more than 7 days from the workshop date: no charge
- Cancellation between 7 and 2 days of the workshop date: 50% of the workshop price including tax
- Cancellation less than 2 days from the workshop date: 100% of the workshop price including tax

No. In accordance with article L 221-28 13°
of the Consumer Code, leisure activities which must be provided on a specific date or period (in this case, DIY workshops) are not subject to a right of withdrawal . Consequently, any creative workshop order is firm and final.

However, you have the possibility to cancel your reservation according to the cancellation conditions which you will find in the answer to the question “Is it possible to cancel my reservation at a DIY workshop”.

No ! All materials needed for the workshop are provided.

Some workshops are accessible to children. This information is specified on the workshop product sheets.

Yes ! For any request for personalized workshops, please contact us via the contact form on our
“Personalized Workshops” page (or by e-mail) specifying, if possible, the type of event, the workshop identified (thanks to to the brochures available on this page), the desired date as well as the number of participants.

💌 THE GIFT CARD

Our gift card is digital . It is sent by e-mail directly to the e-mail address indicated when placing your order on the e-shop or your purchases in store.

If you wish to offer it and deliver it in person, find on the gift card product sheet , a gift card to print as well as several envelope models.


The amounts offered for the gift card are as follows:
€25, €30, €40, €50, €60, €80, €100, €120 and €150.

Once your basket is ready, simply click on “Proceed to payment ”. On the right of your page, you will find a “gift card or promo code” insert in which you can enter the code noted on your gift card. To validate the code, click “Apply”.

When you go to checkout, all you need to do is show our saleswoman the code noted on your gift card (printed or digital).

Yes ! It is entirely possible to use your gift card in several installments, provided that there is a balance remaining on your card.

If your purchases exceed the value of the gift card, you will be able to complete it with another payment method.

No. The gift card cannot be exchanged or resold and will not give rise to any monetary compensation.
