This large furoshiki from the Japanese brand Musubi has patterns of fuchsia pink camellia flowers, white and yellow pistils, green leaves and background.

Furoshiki is a traditional Japanese technique for wrapping gifts and everyday objects using a square of fabric .

This furoshiki , in its waterproof version (aquadrop), is hydrophobic. It can therefore be used as a picnic tablecloth, a handbag or shopping bag, protecting your things from the rain, as well as a beach bag to put your wet things in!

Two types of accessories are available to enhance your furoshiki:

Don't forget to consult our furoshiki tutorials on the blog to discover the different bag folds :

You can also discover other folds such as the bundle, the basket, the gift wrappers, the bottle bag, the bento package and many others in our book "L'Atelier Furoshiki" available on the site.

  • Material: 100% polyester with waterproof material
  • Dimensions: 100cm x 100cm
  • Made in Japan

Hand washing is recommended. Otherwise, machine wash at 40°C maximum is possible. Friction during washing may slightly alter the waterproof side of the furoshiki. This can be ironed at medium temperature, with the front facing you, using a fabric which will prevent color transfer.
