This little furoshiki from the Japanese brand Musubi has a pattern of white hummingbirds and red flowers on a yellow background . Made in Japan, it comes from the collection of the designer duo Kata Kata known for their animal motifs.
Furoshiki is a traditional Japanese technique for wrapping gifts and everyday objects using a square of fabric. In this size, it can be used as a napkin, a small tablecloth or as packaging for your lunch basket!
In order to accessorize your furoshiki , bag handles, in leather or wood, are available in store and on the e-shop. They will allow you to carry your furoshiki bag by hand or on the shoulder.
You can also find other folds such as the bundle, the basket, the gift wrappers, the bottle bag, the package bento and many others in our book “The Furoshiki Workshop” .
