This large furoshiki from the Japanese brand Musubi represents graphic roses in bright pink, sky blue and mustard yellow tones on a white background.
Made in Japan, it comes from the collection around the work of the painter Yumeji Takehisa, from the romantic Taisho movement and known for his Binjin-ga paintings ( “ paintings of beautiful women ” ).
This large size furoshiki can also be used as a picnic tablecloth , handbag or shopping bag what decorative element in its own right, hanging like a wall hanging.
