Large furoshiki with a graphic pattern of colored squares in shades of yellow, green, blue and red on a beige background.
Furoshiki is a traditional Japanese technique for wrapping gifts and everyday objects using a square of fabric . It consists to wrap all kinds of objects of various shapes and sizes, using a knotting and folding system . The term furoshiki refers to both the square of fabric used and the technique itself.
Made in Japan, it comes from the “Musubi Organic” collection which offers furoshiki in organic cotton , to make furoshiki an even more ecological object.
This large furoshiki can be used as a picnic tablecloth, handbag or shopping bag as well as a decorative element in its own right, hung like a wall hanging.
